The Challenge
Following major investment in the set up of a new Small Animal Hospital and Veterinary Practice in Melbourne, Australia, the directors of Tooronga Veterinary Practice were rereferred to The Word Agency for support with their market strategy and activity. We were recommended due to the impact we have delivered year in year out to UK based practices.
The Solution
The Word Agency digital marketing team carried out market research, competitor analysis and reviewed Tooronga’s brand position. We proposed a new strategy which included redesigning the website experience to better serve online search intent and make it easier for customers to find the information they need and book with the practice. We also developed a digital advertising strategy including paid social media, Google Ads (Pay Per Click) and also the use of Melbourne’s biggest commercial radio station.
Our campaigns included a mixture of brand building, targeted campaigns aimed at specific services and re marketing to ensure those that had shown interest but not taken action straight away, were campaigned with ongoing, but highly relevant advertising. We want to make sure we are top of mind when they are next ready to buy.
The Outcome
The directors of Tooronga continue to report strong growth in new customers and revenue month on month. Our successful campaigns have been scaled up and we are now working on the instruction of new services and customer events to keep driving brand awareness and engagement.
