Digital Advertising Manager
Are you a digital advertising specialist ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to join our team and lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our paid media activity across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
What You’ll Do
As our Digital Advertising Manager, you’ll be responsible for the entire digital advertising lifecycle — from creative concept to campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms – Including conversion tracking, retargeting and shopping feeds.
- Produce creative assets (ad copy, visuals, video snippets) that engage and convert.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisations.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, showing ROI and growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising technologies.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn (3+ years).
- Experienced in implementing conversion tracking using Google Tag manager.
- Have experience with popular website platforms such as WordPress and WebFlow.
- Comfortable creating compelling ad content (copywriting + visuals).
- Analytical and data-driven — confident in pulling insights from Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Comfortable presenting to clients in both face to face and online environments.
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth planning with day-to-day optimisation.
- Excellent with attention to detail, and able to follow and contribute to structured SOPs.
- Familiar with Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Catalogue and using these to create effective shopping listings and ad campaigns.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager (5+ years) to take the lead on a portfolio of client accounts and drive their marketing performance.
You’ll be the strategic partner and day-to-day lead for a select group of clients across the UK. Working with our director and wider agency team, you’ll:
- Develop clear marketing strategies and annual plans aligned to client business objectives
- Translate these into monthly scopes of work, timelines and budgets
- Lead delivery, measurement and ongoing optimisation of activity
This is a senior, hands-on role: you’ll combine strategic thinking with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing for your clients, including:
- Leading on marketing strategy, campaign planning and channel mix
- Creation and management of social media campaigns (organic and paid)
- Writing and editing content for blogs, emails and social media
- Managing content distribution, including website updates (typically WordPress) and email campaigns
- Working with our digital team on web design projects, SEO and PPC
- Supporting the director on integrated advertising campaigns (digital, press, radio and TV)
- Managing and optimising Google Business Profile
- Owning monthly performance reporting, turning data into clear, actionable insights for clients

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house), including ownership of campaigns and/or accounts
- A degree or Level 5 qualification in marketing (or similar) or 5+ years’ practical experience with a strong portfolio of work
- Proven experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution and review
- Strong experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram and Ads Manager)
- Hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns (Sendinblue, Mailchimp or similar)
- Experience managing website content via a CMS such as WordPress
- Strong use of analytics and reporting tools – for example:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console (GSC)
- SEMrush or similar SEO/visibility tools
- Confident interpreting data and making informed, commercially focused decisions
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail

Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work in a small but fast moving and growing agency team. Working with a range of clients from a variety of sectors this is a role where you can make a huge difference – your ideas will come to life, your skills will be used to the full and you will have the chance to develop new ones! This is a broad role, where you will plan and execute marketing activity across a range of media platforms including online, social and email.

The ideal candidate is creative, enthusiastic, inquisitive, and analytical. You have a keen eye for detail, are passionate about marketing and probably spend hours reading about the latest trends, soaking up social media best practice and just being inspired by the advertising and marketing world.
