Digital Advertising Manager
Are you a digital advertising specialist ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to join our team and lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our paid media activity across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
What You’ll Do
As our Digital Advertising Manager, you’ll be responsible for the entire digital advertising lifecycle — from creative concept to campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms – Including conversion tracking, retargeting and shopping feeds.
- Produce creative assets (ad copy, visuals, video snippets) that engage and convert.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisations.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, showing ROI and growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising technologies.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn (3+ years).
- Experienced in implementing conversion tracking using Google Tag manager.
- Have experience with popular website platforms such as WordPress and WebFlow.
- Comfortable creating compelling ad content (copywriting + visuals).
- Analytical and data-driven — confident in pulling insights from Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Comfortable presenting to clients in both face to face and online environments.
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth planning with day-to-day optimisation.
- Excellent with attention to detail, and able to follow and contribute to structured SOPs.
- Familiar with Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Catalogue and using these to create effective shopping listings and ad campaigns.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
About You
- An OTE of £35,000 – £45,000 including a competitive salary that reflects your experience and bonus structure.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a broad range of skills to join our small agency team supporting our clients across the UK with all aspects of their marketing activity.
You will be the account manager for a select number of clients and your responsibility will be to work with the client to develop their ongoing marketing strategy, with the support of the wider agency team, then agreeing and actioning a monthly scope of work.
Your monthly delivery for our clients will include:
- Creation and delivery of all social media activity
- Writing content for blogs and emails
- Distribution of content including managing client website content and email campaigns
- Working with our digital team on the creation of websites, search engine optimisation and PPC
- Working with the director on advertising campaigns including digital, press, radio and TV
- Updating Google My Business
- Producing month end reports sharing with clients the impact of our work
The Right Person
What makes this role right for a more experienced person is the need to understand how you are making an impact – not only doing what you do but giving consideration and creativity to ensure the best results possible for our clients. This role would suit someone who is experienced, organised, methodical and enjoys taking responsibility of their own client work. You will be supported by an experienced team with collectively over 50 years in advertising and marketing, however the role requires you to work independently to a high standard. Our office is modern, relaxed and easily accessible from Hull, Beverley, Market Weighton, Pocklington and the surrounding area. Working in an agency is a fast-paced environment and you should be looking for a place you can be creative and make a real difference. You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in either an agency or internal marketing role.
- A degree or level 5 qualification in marketing or similar, or have 5 years practical experience and a strong portfolio of work delivered.
- Strong experience with Meta Business Suite, Including Facebook, Instagram and Ads Manager
- You have run email marketing campaigns using Send In Blue, Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
- Experience managing website content using a CMS such as WordPress
- Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- You understand marketing KPI’s and are familiar with analytics

Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work in a small but fast moving and growing agency team. Working with a range of clients from a variety of sectors this is a role where you can make a huge difference – your ideas will come to life, your skills will be used to the full and you will have the chance to develop new ones! This is a broad role, where you will plan and execute marketing activity across a range of media platforms including online, social and email.

The ideal candidate is creative, enthusiastic, inquisitive, and analytical. You have a keen eye for detail, are passionate about marketing and probably spend hours reading about the latest trends, soaking up social media best practice and just being inspired by the advertising and marketing world.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of pre-agreed client marketing activity
- Development of social strategy
- Proactively manage creation and distribution of social content
- Monitor presence and performance across social media channels, including engaging and reacting to audience and stakeholders

- Evaluation and reporting on all campaign performance
- Take a lead on acquisition of content including written, photography, video and user generated content
